Remember the good old ICQ days, way before today’s leading and preferred instant messaging clients? It had a huge user base and was very popular though it is unknown how many of those users are still active today.
However, ICQ is preparing to land on Windows Phone. Mail.ru Group is the new owner of the software and it is ready to give the service some Windows Phone love. We’re not quite sure how many of you Redmond-platform users are still on ICQ but if you still use the service, you’ll be able to chat from your mobile device (not that there aren’t a truckload of IM alternatives already out there to keep in touch).
