After teaming up with Dr. Dre to deliver phones with Beats headphones, HTC has already announced the Sensation XE (and we have the Runnymede to come) Android phone. If you ask Windows Phone users about the Beats integration, they’ll tell you that it would make the most sense to get the technology to the Redmond platform, as it is the only one to access Zune.
The Taiwanese manufacturer confirmed to Slashgear that they are actively working on bringing Beats by Dr. Dre to Windows Phones. HTC has recently announced two new Windows Phones, the HTC Titan and Radar, but getting a Titan XE (speculation) to the market soon could be possible given the relatively short time between Sensation and Sensation XE.
What would Beats mean for Windows Phone? Access to unlimited music using Zune, listening using dedicated audio profile (if possible in Windows Phone) to tunes decoded with a special DPS chip, routed to high-end headphones. Interested?
