It looks like a label for an HTC-made Windows Phone 7 smartphone has just popped up at the FCC with support for AT&T’s North American 3G bands. Coupled that with the fact that the carrier has proclaimed itself to be the premier carrier for Windows Phone 7 and you have a good chance of seeing this HTC-Microsoft phone headed to AT&T. Not much other details were disclosed at this time.

If released on AT&T, the HTC Windows Phone 7 device will be joined by the Samsung Cetus.
