Well, in case AT&T’s “premium carrier” for Windows Phone 7 statement raised a few eyebrows together with their forecast of selling 8 million Windows Phone 7 devices, we might think it’s quite achievable with devices like the newly shown off HTC T8788.
Is that the Mondrian, Schubert, Mozart, Spark or another codename we haven’t even heard of? I say it resembles the Spark and my money goes on that but we officially only know a number, that is T8788 from manufacturer HTC.
The device is a slider and you might be surprised to find out it’s not a full QWERTY keyboard showing up after you slide it to the side, but a speaker which leads us into thinking of the T8788 as a multimedia device. The specs should be at least matching Microsoft’s hardware requirements for Windows Phone 7 so we don’t need to worry about those, we only hope it will sport a big screen, over 4 inches and a kick stand to make it really a multimedia device.
