It looks like HTC has a new Windows Phone 7 to unveil to the world, perhaps come CTIA. We first heard tell of the Prime earlier today when the phone showed up in Telstra’s inventory system. Chinese site XDA.cn is listing the Prime as having a 3.7″ WVGA display with 512MB of RAM, a 5MP camera, plus LED flash. With the Prime, it looks like HTC is introducing a new style of keyboard that differs from the current crop of slide-out QWERTY devices like the Desire Z/T-Mobile G2 and 7 Pro. They keys are oval shaped instead of rectangular.
