AT&T is very proud to call itself the first U.S. carrier to offer LTE windows Phones. At today’s CES event, HTC’s Peter Chou, together with AT&T’s Ralph de la Vega and Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer, announced the HTC Titan II, follow up to the original Titan Windows Phone.

You must remember the HTC Bresson rumored back in May, with the huge camera 16-megapixel camera and you surely remember the HTC Radiant render from the other day. The HTC TItan II is HTC’s first LTE Windows Phone and it takes the Titan to the next level.

Instead of the eight-megapixel camera on the initial model, the Titan II now has a huge 16-megapixel (largest among Windows Phones) camera with f/2.6, 28mm wide-angle lens, autofocus, dual LED flash, red eye reduction, image stabilization, and backside-illuminated sensor. It records 720p videos and is complemented by the 1.3-megapixel front-facing webcam.

The Titan II still features the 4.7-inch super LCD capacitive screen with WVGA resolution, Qualcomm’s 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S2 processor, 512 MB RAM, 16GB Internal Storage, 4G-LTE capable radio and a 1,730mAh battery to power everything.

The Titan II will be an AT&T exclusive and as such, will be available in the U.S. in the coming months. No word on pricing yet.
