Alright, here’s a fun little poll for everybody. How soon after Windows Phone 7 devices go on sale do you think there will be 100,000 apps in the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace? Before you answer, remember that according to this blog post, there have been 300,000 downloads of the developer tools and everybody says that developing apps for the platform is very easy and fun. Also, the Marketplace will open for app submissions in early October. So if launch day is sometime in November, even if they get 100,000 app submissions right away, how quickly can Microsoft test and approve them?
