Many Windows Phone fans on AT&T were happy to find out that the carrier finally announced the availability date and contract price for the highly anticipated Nokia Lumia 900 and the HTC Titan II. Thing is that the Lumia 900 is $100 cheaper on contract than the Titan II, which begs the question: why would you spend more?
It turns out that the $100 difference between the two will still exist if you want to go with the phone only, without a contract. The Nokia Lumia 900 will reportedly go for $449.99 while the HTC Titan II will cost you $549.99. The same question remains: is the larger screen, more megapixels and value-added HTC apps worth the difference? Or, is the Lumia 900′s Carl Zeiss optics plus the free offline navigation and other Nokia software bits a great deal for $100 less?
