After recent updates of the Facebook application for Android and iPhone, Windows Phone 7 users who already installed Facebook will shortly receive an updated version of the application which brings more functionality to the table.

Those that don’t already have it installed can directly grab the new version 1.1 from the Marketplace which, as of the current version, adds Places to the client so that you can sign in from your phone while being mobile. The update also adds photo tagging features so you can now name your friends the instant you see them in pictures on your Windows Phone 7.
