Looks like there’s some really hard work around the Facebook Windows Phone 7 application which receives yet another update, this time to version 1.4, after recently being updated to versions 1.2 and 1.3.
Throughout the original update version, update 1.2 and update 1.3, users were still experiencing a problem with the application. According to reports, it would quit or crash every time one tried to check for a new Facebook Message inside the app. So what’s changed in version 1.4? No changelog to go with the update so let us know below if you spot something we missed. Download by following the source link or, if you haven’t received the app update notification on your device, launch Marketplace, search Facebook, enter Facebook page, hit back and re-enter Facebook page to activate the Update button.
Update: Looks like the new version fixes the issues with “messages (inbox) is crashing or not retrieving messages”.
