This is an interesting app and concept and it can actually be a life saver in some occasions. Say you just rush out of a meeting where you’ve set your Device to Silent, grab a few papers from your office desk, turn off the Computer and head towards the parking lot, arrive home and want to call your buddies over for a movie night with popcorn but you can’t seem to find your device so you decide to call it using your other phone or landline, but there’s no sound coming from either direction and you remember you forgot to turn the Ringer on.
DringMoi is a small application, free for Windows Phone 6.5 devices with WQVGA resolution and above, which will scan your call logs for incoming and missed calls. The purpose of the app is to automatically trigger the Ringer On profile on your Device when certain criteria are met. You can specify a favorite phone number (which could be either your secondary number or your landline) and the number of calls needed to trigger activation, as well as the scan interval. In a daily usage scenario, you’d set your landline number as a favorite, tell the app it needs to receive two calls from that number and it should poll the Call Log every say five minutes.

So the story continues, you get home, made your first call but the device is still on Silent so you make another call and hear nothing. Wait five minutes and the next time your Device receives and incoming call, you should hear it ringing in its full glory.
