Top Notes is a new Windows Mobile app that allows users to create floatable notes on any screen. You can fill out the header, body, and pick from five distinct colors (yellow, green, blue, pink, brown) for each note. The app allows saving and opening notes as well. Top Notes is still early in development, so there may be some bugs, but you can grab the CAB file from XDA-Developers.
