The LG Windows Phone that’s destined for AT&T was recently caught on camera and shows off the carrier’s tile right on the Windows Phone 7 home screen. We’re not sure how integrated the tile is, or if it’s just a shortcut to some of AT&T’s usual bundled apps, which are mostly trial edition of games anyways, and services, or if it’s a shortcut to AT&T’s webpage per the Internet Explorer Mobile browser on Windows Phone. At any rate, you can glimpse the hardware and the full QWERTY keyboard.
The matte coating and curved edges and corner makes this device a more subtle edition than the glossed up Samsung Cetus that emerged in photos this morning. With the Cetus and this LG device, AT&T may be making good on its promise to be the premier Windows Phone carrier as we haven’t seen Windows Phone 7 devices from another U.S. carrier yet.
