We’ve reported about the Beta of Windows Phone Developers Tools om July 12 when it was refreshed to a Beta state and made available for download over at Microsoft.

Looking back at the download page, a new version seems to be online and available for download as of July 19, 2010. The advertised version is 1.0 and the Windows Phone Developer Tools Beta includes the same:

- Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone Beta

- Windows Phone Emulator Beta

- Silverlight for Windows Phone Beta

- Microsoft Expression Blend for Windows Phone Beta

- XNA Game Studio 4.0 Beta
