Microsoft confirmed Angry Birds for Windows Phone 7 at the end of February and, after a long period of waiting (for some), the uber-popular cross-platform game has finally landed in the Windows Phone Marketplace for all the fans on the Redmond-platform.
You can try the application for free or purchase the full version for $2.99 by following the source link from where you are ready to take your revenge on those green pigs. Together with Hydro Thunder Go, Doodle Jump, geoDefense, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode I and Plants vs. Zombies, Angry Birds was one of the games on Microsoft’s Must Have Xbox Windows Phone games list. Rovio took its time to get the game on Redmond’s new platform but if you consider Angry Birds being another indication of platform maturity or popularity, Windows Phone just made another step forward.
