We’ve heard several rumors about the Nokia Lumia 900 to make us believe it will probably be Espoo’s next Windows Phone, higher-end though. After reading about reported specs recently, there’s an alleged hands-on claiming some more details.
GeekTechBlog might not ring any bells but they are claiming a Nokia Lumia 900 hands-on — sans pictures though — courtesy of a “Nokia source”. There are details about what we’re already hearing (suspecting), namely a 4.3-inch WVGA Clear Black screen, 1.4GHz processor, eight-megapixel camera and the Tango version of Windows Phone.
According to reports, the Lumia 900 will have “a nicer camera to compliment the big screen” and will allegedly look exactly like the Lumia 800, but with a larger screen. The microSIM mechanism is reportedly changed to resemble the one used by Apple in its iPhones (push with a pin to release the card). Depending on feedback, the Lumia 900 will either keep the Lumia 800′s matte finish or will be a glossy one.
Feel free to treat all the above with as much salt as you wish! We can patiently wait for something to happen at CES or MWC or we can pray Stephen Elop goes on stage and “accidentally” leaks the Lumia 900 as he did with the Lumia 800.
