If you’re a fan of Foursquare but you are using Windows Phone you know that there’s no official client (yet) for your smartphone. There’s a neat application you can use though called 4th & Mayor which appears to have gained Foursquare’s support.
The new version 2.0 of 4th & Mayor bring several new features and improvements to the table. While remaining free, the new version aligns with the official Foursquare 3.2 client and its features just released. Upon updating you will notice that the Places are gone from the main page, Shout button has been relocated and so have the Trending places near you, there’s a new Outdoors category you can now explore and many others. Additionally it’s also faster and according to the developer, version 2.1 is already cooking, bringing a more robust photo-upload feature.
