Hard Reset
- Hard resetting the Treo Pro
- Just soft reset it with the stylus or by software, and when the screen is out and just before you feel the battery vibe, hold the red End key until you see the screen below. You do not have to remove the battery.

Key/keyboard Shortcuts
- Option Key Shortcuts - Treo 700w/wx
- You can open up programs and settings using the Option key (black key) located on the bottom-left of the keyboard.
- Examples:
- Hold Option key + OK - Opens "Running Programs List"
- Hold Option + Call (green) key - Opens up Pocket IE
- Option + Windows (Start) - Opens up Calender
- Option + CapsLock - Opens up Search

- Keyboard shortcuts in Windows Mobile Messaging- Treo Pro
- To enable this feature press and hold ( Any letter bellow ) for a two seconds and then release it. Then you'll get a confirmation once it activated. You can use these while your text messaging or emailing. Examples:
- H = List shortcuts (just will show a list of shortcut like the one below)
- A = Reply All
- R = Reply
- K = Mark Read/Unread
- F = Flag
- M = Move
- O = Forward
- D = Delete
- L = Download Message
- S = Send/Receive
- For Example: press and hold A (to reply all)
- Note: This will also work without the hard key keyboard
