You can use several registry editors for the things below, some examples are:
- on your phone
- PHM Registry Editor (free)
- Resco Registry Editor (commercial app, part of Resco Explorer)
- on your PC via ActiveSync:
- CeRegEditor (free)
Pictures
Panoramic pictures for Shadow
- HKLM/Software/HTC/Camera, right click on P6 (panoramic) and change the enabled tag from 0 to 1.
Burst (30 pics at a time!) for Shadow
- HKLM/Software/HTC/Camera, right click on P8 (Burst) and change the enabled tag from 0 to 1
- Note: If you install tmobiles update from www.t-mobileshadow.com it will install the tmo portrait camera. meaning up and down instead of the default landscape left and right. In portrait mode, panorama will not work correctly as it will stitch the image up and down instead of left and right.
Pocket Internet Explorer
Save temporary files to Storage Card
Check those reg-keys and change them to those values (without quotes):

Inbox
Save attachments to Storage Card
Check those reg-keys and change them to those values (without quotes):

Some Power Saving Settings
These reg-keys disable power saving mechanism by default.
Check those reg-keys and change them to those values (without quotes):

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\L2TP1\Parms]

Slimmer Tool Bars
Check those reg-keys and change them to those values (without quotes):

"cxVScr" = dword : 00000003 (horizontal tool bar width in px)
"cyHScr" = dword : 00000003 (vertical tool bar width in px)
Or use the CAB (MediaFire) (sets them to 3px)
Back Light Timeout
If your back light doesn't turn off properly check this reg-key, if it doesn't exist create it!

Or use this CAB (MediaFire) (sets it to 30 seconds)
Disable Threaded SMS Inbox
This obviously only works on Wm 6.1.
Check this reg-key and change/create it (without quotes):
[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\OEM\ ]
"SMSInboxThreadingDisabled"=dword:1 (1 to disable it, 0 to enable it)
