The HP Palm Pre 3 for Verizon has recently passed FCC and the AT&T application tipped a webOS 2.3 feature but this time it’s one more time for the Pre 3 to visit FCC.

It seems like a European GSM version of the HP Pre 3 visited FCC and got certified. So there we have everything that matters covered, AT&T, Verizon and European bands all passing FCC.
