Take a look at this video of the HD2 running what appears to be Windows Phone 7 Series. The three buttons on the bottom are virtual. In actuality, this is just a really good skin of WP7S on Throttle Launcher. XDA user arley12 is the one behind the project, and claims that he will be releasing the skin “soon”. We’re curious as to how deep the skin goes, but we imagine that it’s more of a program launcher than it is a complete interface change. More as it comes!
