If you are running Windows Mobile 6 you probably noticed that ActiveSync is most of the times running in background. By doing that it eats up valuable system resources/memory.
XDA Developers wrote a tiny little utility called ActiveSync Killer that does exactly what it’s name sais: it kills the ActiveSync application-process running in background when it is idle, thus freeing up your system’s resources/memory. The utility is display and language independent, it will run on any Windows Mobile Professional device.
Installation after download needs to go to Device, followed by a soft reset, from which on you won’t see ActiveSync anymore running in the background except for when it is really syncing.
