If you’re running HTC Sense 2.5 and miss having a call history/missed calls link on the Home tab, there’s a way to add it – thanks to XDA. The hack also comes with some other surprises. It adds extra quick links (16 instead of 9) and applies the Home tab wallpaper (whichever you select) to all tabs.

Please note that the creator mentions that it’s for Manila 2.5.1921.XXXX, so it may not work correctly on other builds. The latest official ROM released by HTC for the HD2 has Manila 2.5.1921 on it. I haven’t had any compatibility issues using the hack on a Touch Pro2 and the changes uninstalled without problems. Check out the before/after shots above and get it from XDA-developers. Note: in case you’re interested, Max Manila includes these and much more. By the way, it has been updated to 2.7 beta (for Manila 2.5.19211619). Please read through the thread thoroughly to avoid any issues that could arise.
