If your device is a VGA device and it is running a ported version of TouchFLO 3D version 2.1, called Gen.Y from XDA Developers, then you have the chance to have panoramic backgrounds for your Manila, pretty much like SPB Mobile Shell version 3.

To recap: you need a VGA device running Gen.Y TouchFLO 3D version 2.1 port. If you have all that, go to XDA Developers and install the cab that suits you (several available, with or without hacks). There are also descriptions, troubleshooting and additional panoramic pictures. If you follow all steps correctly, the result should be similar to what you see in the video below.
