Thanks to XDA Developers you can now have the new and improved Communications Manager from the upcoming HTC Touch Diamond2 on your VGA or WVGA device.

The new CommManager supports two different touch zones: the one on the left and center of the row, that will bring up an additional menu for Bluetooth, Phone, WiFi, etc., and the one on the far right, the actual ON/OFF toggle button, which only turns on or off the selected feature, like the old behaviour (so if you want to turn on Bluetooth and you get to a screen that prompts you to add a device, make sure you tap the far right ON/OFF button not just everywhere on the Bluetooth row).
