While using the HTC YouTube app, you often get truncated text on titles because the title is either too long or the font size for displaying them is too large for the text to fit.
For better readability and display of non (or much less) truncated text titles, there is a Registry tweak that will decrease the font size used to display these, so that more text fits the available space. Go to HKLMSoftwareHTCYoutube and change the value of TextScale from the default 100 to 50 (or 75 if 50 is too small for you), soft reset and on your next YouTube run, you should have a result similar to the one posted in the screenshot.
