If you want to give your device a Windows Phone look while booting up, try the splash screens available for VGA and WVGA resolutions custom created by XDA Developers, which look very nice!

Download and install the cab according to your screen resolution, after which you need to soft reset when prompted and at the next startup you will see a nice Windows Phone animation instead of the let’s say default HTC one.
