Devices like the Samsung Epix and Omnia already have an on-screen mouse cursor which can really help to improve one-handed usability. But what about other devices?
VirtuaMouse from Innovisoft adds a virtual mouse pointer that you can control with your D-Pad to any Windows Mobile touchscreen device, as seen in this video. Yes, it takes a bit of getting used to because you can only move up and down, but with some tweaking through the settings, it can allow you to operate the device pretty well with just one hand. You can get it for $24.95 from our software store, and a 30-day trial is available.
Thanks to WMExperts for spotting the app.
