We’ve recently re relaunched our Support Center to include three forums: one for each major platform of Windows Mobile (Professional and Standard), and one for Software. For those that are unfamiliar, the Support Center is where you can go to get basic and intermediate questions answered by one of the team members of pocketnow.com. It’s a terrific resource.

Up until recently, the Support Center was plagued by spam, requiring moderators to visit the forums several times per day to delete the threads deemed to be spam. We’ve found a solution: each thread much be validated by a moderator once it’s posted before it shows up for everyone to see. The moderator can view all posts awaiting moderation from an administrative panel, so that our readers never get exposed to threads that shouldn’t have been posted in the first place.
