Over the last few years, I’ve used a lot of different Windows Mobile phones. For some reason, using a Pocket PC phone created some trouble for me. Making a call, sending a text message and looking up a contact would take an enternity. Even with my current device, the AT&T Tilt, I’m having trouble using it as efficiently as all of the Smartphones that I’ve used (Rainman and Adam Lein are likely to disagree). After pondering the issue, I know why this is the case.
Think about the first Windows Mobile phone you owned. Got it? Well, for me, it was a Smartphone, an i-mate SP5m to be exact, and we got along very well. My second phone was a Cingular 8125, and being able to use the device was a very difficult adjustment for me to make, one that never fully occured.
It turns out, in most cases, that your platform of choice comes down to platform of the first device you owned (am I right, in your case?).
I’ve just got Smartphone in my blood. I’m an addict. Is their a support group for this?
