King of the Pocket Poll: To Capacitively Touch or Not?

When it comes to the jungle, the Leo is definitely king of the African Savannah, and as much as we're smitten with the HTC Leo PRO.Three, we've definitely fallen prey for its charm: 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, capacitive touchscreen for a pre-Windows Mobile 7 device, as well as the possibilities of reality apps with the digital compass. However, we're anxious, like ants in our pants anxious, for the device to be released. So far, there have been reliable leaks and rumors, but nary a release date from HTC, and that has us looking, and lusting, at other devices.

Enter the Formula One bad boy that Acer hopes its F1 to be. The device matches the HTC PRO.Three on speed, bringing the Qualcomm 1 GHz Snapdragon processor with it, along with some social media integration like Facebook, Flickr, Blogger and Cloud Sync. For those of us getting tired of the TouchFLO 3D--abbreviated TF3D--user interface on HTC's devices, Acer's near now availability on 10/6 may be tempting and swaying our credit cards in that direction. The device also has some other nice specs, including a 5 MegaPixel autofocus camera with LED flash for sharp shooters and a plethora of the typical sensors though the F1 lacks the digital compass on the beloved PRO.Three.

So what will it be? Vote and tell us who will command your pocket book and win the king of your pocket as your daily driver? Are you a believer that good things do come to those who wait or will the early entrant into the market win?
