Did I miss the memo on this? I was pretty sure that Sony Ericsson made the hardware on the XPERIA X1 – but, turns out, it’s HTC, again (phew – they’re everywhere!). Not only does the X1 have the HTC task manager, but it’s listed on PDAdb.net and XDA-Developers as the HTC Venus.
