HP TouchSmart Technology to Come to iPAQs?

HP is going to be expanding its product line to include notebooks with a TouchSmart interface, a larger screen netbook, and a “touch” phone, according to Gizmodo. As it stands, HP already has touchscreen phones–there are a number of iPAQs available, including the most recent iPAQ 900 series. There is some speculation that HP may explore Android, Google’s open-source mobile operating system or continue to use Windows Mobile and add its own TouchSmart user interface, much in the same way that HTC has done with TouchFLO 3D.
