Get Album Art on HTC Sense

Even if HTC Sense (ex TouchFLO 3D) coming with the HD2 has an option of automatically downloading album arts via Gracenote, there is a way of getting your own album arts displayed in Sense.

All you have to do is get the image you wish to use (I suggest 256x256 pixels, 96dpi) and save it to your PC. Here comes the tricky part, you have to rename the image to the following format: ~hTC_Album Name.vin. Please note that the change refers also to the file extension, it will become a vin file. You need to copy this file to the folder of you album, where the sound files reside.

Example: If the album is called Pocketnow Best Of, then your vin file will be ~hTC_Pocketnow Best Of.vin.
