Can We Expect 10-20 Windows Mobile HTC Phones in 2010?

With HTC having had announced their intentions on diversifying their portfolio to include a balance mix of Android and Windows Mobile devices, we’re assuming this will roughly translate to a 1:1 ratio of Microsoft and Google operating systems. The latest leak inside the Android 2.1 ROM for HTC points out to a slew of 20 new Android-based devices. If the ratio of 1:1 is indeed correct, it would be assumed that HTC will probably make it out to the market with 10-20 new Windows Mobile handsets as well, considering sometimes not all handsets are released to the market due to carriers or other roadblocks.

Here are the Android codenames: Bahamas, Bravo, DesireC, Dragon, Dream, Espresso, Halo, HeroCT, HeroC, Hero, Huangshan, Incredible, Legend, Liberty, Memphis, Paradise, PassionC, Passion, Sapphire and Supersonic. At any rate, 20 new devices–for one platform alone–is a lot to digest!
