In Part 5 of the showdown, I dig around in the Start menu of both devices and see what they have to offer in terms of software. The BlackJack II had some interesting smaller pieces of software like a unit converter and RSS reader, but I was sold on the Q’s ability to personalize the right soft key, and I was happy to see a full version of Opera Mobile included. One more for the Q9 Global.
