Windows Mobile 6.5 Gets Another Update, Now at Build 23047

The last Windows Mobile Build 23045 brought some graphics to the UI in the overhaul of 6.5. Now, we're seeing another revision jump, up to Build 23047, which brings more changes to Microsoft's mobile OS aesthetics. Now, we're seeing a blue background in the pivot bar and in the selection bar.
