Not only is Verizon Wireless late to the game with the launch of the Touch Diamond–yes, the original Diamond and not the Diamond2–the firm is also asking for $300 for a device that is soon to be replaced. According to Engadget Mobile, that’s $300 with a two-year service agreement and after a $70 rebate. Folks, if you’re scrambling for the touchscreen beauty on Big Red, you will have to pop dow $370 at signing plus applicable taxes.
