Your decision to get a Snapdragon smartphone just got a bit harder as NVIDIA is looking forward to launching its Tegra processor for smartphones.

If all pans out, a Windows Mobile based Windows Phone with Tegra or Android phone could potentially be launched in the fourth quarter, just in time for the holiday shopping.

The latest news has it that AT&T and T-Mobile will launch a $199 Tegra-powered phone later this year. What are your guesses? T-Mobile with Android and AT&T with Windows Mobile by HTC?
