According to T-Mobile, the HTC myTouch 3G will be getting an Android 2.1 upgrade. The upgrade will bring with it a modified Expresso Sense UI with Genius button found on the newer and soon to be released myTouch Slide, which adds a sliding landscape-oriented QWERTY keyboard.

No specific date was mentioned for the Android 2.1 with Sense UI upgrade for the myTouch 3G, but good news for owners of the device is that it is due to come in the future.
