Sony Ericsson, Others To Adopt Android

The list of companies willing to go Android is growing as Sony Ericsson and a number of others have recently announced that they are joining Google's Open Handset Alliance (OHA). According to Mobile Entertainment, the OHA names include: Sony Ericsson, Vodafone, AKM Semiconductor, ARM, ASUSTek Computer, Atheros Communications, Borqs, Ericsson, Garmin, Huawei Technologies, Omron Software, Softbank Mobile, Teleca and Toshiba.

Moreover, Sony Ericsson is reported to add Android to its offerings to complement its Windows Mobile devices.
