For those proud owners of the 320 X 320 square resolution screens on the Samsung Epix, word is that an official upgrade for Windows Mobile 6.5 is on the way. There has been unofficial ROMS floating around for Windows Mobile 6.5 for the Epix that had been leaked earlier, but an official upgrade via Samsung and carrier AT&T would be welcomed, especially for those who are reluctant to run an unofficial ROM.

The Epix combines the Treo form factor with a front-facing QWERTY and touchscreen along with a trackpad rather than a traditional directional pad.
