We already know that this the Touch Pro2 would see wide availability in the US, but we weren’t sure whether it was coming to T-Mobile. We thought that perhaps a variant of the Touch Pro2 (Rhodium), called the Tungsten, would be the one on T-Mobile shelves. But after some new information, that may not be the case.
Over at XDA, there is a ROM extraction for the Rhodium from a device listed as T-MOB010, which is the Country ID code (also used for the T-Mobile Shadow and Dash) for US-bound device on the T-Mobile network. Also, as can be seen by the ROM info, the language is listed as “USA.” We know that T-Mobile users are dying for a new Windows Mobile touchscreen device, and this may be it.
Thanks to ND4SPD and AllShadow for the tip.
