Palm Removes Treo Pro from Website

It looks like Palm has now removed the Treo Pro–a Windows Mobile device–from its website. The manufacturer had killed off the Centro and its other Palm OS Treos and for a while it seems that Windows Mobile and webOS could co-exist in Palm’s lineup. Now, all of Palm’s energy seems to be directed at webOS.

You can still acquire the Palm Treo Pro from Sprint and other carriers; the unlocked GSM Palm Treo Pro can be ordered through retailers like Amazon and Dell.

Right now, if you’re interested in Palm, the handsets of your choice will be the Sprint Palm Pre, Sprint Palm Pixi, and the Verizon Wireless Palm Pre Plus and Palm Pixi Plus.
