The Nokia E73, expected on June 16th on T-Mobile USA, was glimpsed early in its retail packaging. The device is said to be identical to the Nokia E72, but comes with support for T-Mobile’s AWS 3G bands. The E73 sports a 5-megapixel camera, full QWERTY keyboard, QVGA non-touchscreen, and a front-facing camera as well. It runs on the Symbian operating system.

While Symbian devices are relatively rare in the US, the Symbian OS is the leading smartphone OS worldwide in terms of market share. Nokia has also announced the E5 as the successor to the E72 smartphone, of which the E73 is based on.
