The Boy Genius Report is reporting that HTC is on the verge of releasing a new interface that will make Windows Mobile devices more consumer-friendly, perhaps to coincide with the 6.1 release of Windows Mobile. The new interface, which looks like the refreshed TouchFLO interface, is code-named Manila.

According to The Boy Genius Report, HTC Insider, another weblog, has posted the source files. If you’re into hacking and tweaking your device, and are brave enough, you may want to give it a shot and report back.
