We recently posed a question on Twitter asking if unboxing experiences are getting more lame. Well, if T-Mobile’s second HTC Android device (after the T-Mobile G1) is anything to scoff about, the unboxing experience is truly one of the best. If this isn’t the best box, I am not sure what is. Sure, the unboxing of the MyTouch 3G on T-Mobile USA doesn’t spell minimalism as espoused by the Palm Pre or the iPhone, but the experience is yelling quality, and to a degree, a feeling of luxury–reminds me of a case or box for an expensive timepiece.
