For those who swear by visual voicemail and speech to text transcription via third party developers and services of their messages, Exchange 2010 will have those features built-in. Visual voicemail was popularized on the iPhone to allow people to listen to select messages easily without having to listen to the entire list of voicemails. Speech to text transcribes the voicemail into text so you can read the voicemail rather than listen to the message.
