Marketplace for Mobile Goes Live a Day Early for Windows Mobile 6.5

Engadget Mobile is reporting that Marketplace for Mobile, Microsoft's applications storefront for Windows Mobile, is up and live a day in advance of the Windows Mobile 6.5 launch.

After AT&T jumped the gun with the release of the HTC Pure this past weekend and Vodafone's been offering the 6.5 upgrade for the Diamond2 ahead of the 10/6 launch date, it looks like this time Microsoft is jumping the gun, according to Engadget Mobile, on Marketplace for Mobile. According to Microsoft, Marketplace for Mobile will be available with Windows Mobile 6.5.
