So the special handset that you’re supposed to plug into the Warrior to get a Windows Mobile netbook and use as a trackpad is called the Legionnaire. The device is attractive, and looks like the non-smartphone LG Dare on Verizon Wireless.

According to WMPowerUser, the device clocks in at 800 MHz for processing prowess. It also includes HSPA, a WVGA display, GPS, Bluetooth, and WiFi for an asking price of $500.

So the complete package (Legionnaire and Warrior) to get a netbook is $700. i-mate is hoping that you’d plug Legionnaire into the Warrior and use the power of the Legionnaire and larger screen and keyboard of the Warrior to get a netbook.
